50 Day Bible Reading Challenge

Dear Church Family,

We are about to embark upon some of the most interesting times in the Life of Israel in the Old Testament. Over 400 years of slavery, 40 years of banishment in the wilderness have come to an end. God leads His children into the Promised Land to take possession of their inheritance. With the struggles of war in the midst of the land God raises up Judges to lead the people.

In the New Testament we see God fulfill His great promise of redemption for all mankind through the promised Son of God, Jesus. Through the writings of Paul, James and Peter we discover life is more than simply existing, it is living for the Lord for His Glory.

This installment will complete the New Testament readings of our challenge. I would encourage you to enjoy the Word of God, I would rather you read less and get more out of it than to rush through and get little from it. They are not dated so if you miss a reading session you’re not behind, just pick up from where you left off. Never Quit, Never Surrender. Make the devil mad and know the Word.

Christmas Reading Challenge 2016

Merry Christmas

The Christmas Season is upon us. As you prepare for the Season may you forever remember the Reason for the Season...Jesus, the Son of God, born of the virgin Mary, laid in a manger and destined to die for our sins.

This reading is focused on just a few of the many prophetic Messianic promises found in the Old Testament pointing to the Birth and Ministry of our Lord. As well as a few Messianic promises of His Return for His people.

May you find hope that God keeps His Word from Eternity Past to Eternity Future

70 Day Bible Reading Challenge

Dear Church Family,

Here is the next Bible Reading Challenge for your Consideration. As we have said before, don’t get frustrated if you miss a day of reading, just pick up where you left off. This is between you and the Lord.

I would encourage you to find an accountability partner who will check in with you, to challenge you to continue reading when you’ve fallen behind. Someone you might discuss your discoveries with.

God’s Word will challenge you. Remember God uses no worthless words in the Scriptures. All of them seek to display God’s glorious plan for mankind and for you, and if you share it perhaps for someone else as well.
